A metro man will be in the national spotlight nearly five years after his death for saving the lives of others through organ donation.

Christopher Hutson, Jr. will be honored on the 2022 Donate Life float in the Rose Parade, which remembers organ donors like Hutson from around the country.

FOX4 spoke to Gary, who underwent a heart transplant at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute, about how Hutson saved his life.
