About David Jackel, APRN, FNP-BC
David Jackel, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Saint Luke’s Neurosurgical and Spine Surgery. David has clinical interests in nonsurgical back pain treatments, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, spondylosis, stroke, physical therapy, and movement disorders.
David began his medical career as a registered nurse, primarily in emergency medicine. He continued into the provider role as a nurse practitioner in internal medicine and primary care. He is committed to building strong relationships with his patients and helping people regain their ability to engage in the activities they love. As an active outdoorsman, cyclist, and hobbyist, David understands the importance and fulfillment of an active lifestyle.

The BJC Medical Group (BJCMG) partners with an independent survey company, Professional Research Consultants (PRC), to gather feedback directly from patients about their experiences. PRC sends electronic surveys to BJCMG patients following a medical visit, asking them to evaluate different aspects of their care.
