About Dana Rioux-Forker, MD
Dana Rioux-Forker, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon. He has spent years training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, which focuses on soft tissue management, multi-system care, and attention to detail. Dr. Rioux-Forker provides a full spectrum of plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction (both implant and free flap-based reconstruction), breast reduction, cosmetic surgery, and hand surgery.
When Dr. Rioux-Forker was in high school, he suffered a significant knee injury. The initial care he received caused further damage, resulting in a persistent and recurrent injury. He saw a second surgeon who effectively managed his injury and got him back to playing the sports he loved and running marathons. The difference in care he received is what inspired him to go into medicine and provide the best care possible for patients. He wants to help his patients in the same way his second surgeon helped him. He spends a significant amount of time educating patients, reviewing images, and discussing treatment options because patient education is an important part of patient care.
Dr. Rioux-Forker has also completed an Orthopedic Hand Surgery Fellowship at The Mayo Clinic, and enjoys treating complex hand injuries, including brachial plexus injury, peripheral nerve injury, wrist ligament injury, altered wrist kinematics and arthritis, and extremity reconstruction. He has significant experience in the management of these problems and educating residents in the management of complex problems.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Rioux-Forker enjoys spending time with his family, riding bikes, going on hikes, visiting the zoo, and watching sports.

Recent Patient Reviews
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown below from our survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
We refer to Saint Luke’s providers as well as independent providers credentialed at a Saint Luke’s facility. Providers make no payments for these referrals and our selections are based on your needs and preferences.
