Will insurance plans cover my membership fee?
It is unlikely that the annual fee will be reimbursable by insurance plans. You may want to check to see if your health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts cover a concierge fee. We recommend consulting with your human resources representative at your place of employment or health plan for coverage details.

You will need to consult our tax advisor for specific guidelines.

Patients will receive notifications via e-mail of upcoming time off, who will be covering, and how to get in touch with the covering physician.

Yes, the practice will be limited to approximately 450 patients. Physicians in standard practices physicians have around 2,300 patients.
If I only go to my doctor a few times a year, what is the benefit of joining?

When you have more personalized care, your physician has more thorough information to present diagnosis and treat illnesses that may arise during your lifetime. They also serve as your point of contact for unexpected illnesses or injuries.
