Nominate a Nurse

The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses honors the special work nurses do every day. The award was established by the DAISY Foundation—an organization for the elimination of diseases attacking the immune system—in memory of J. Patrick Barnes.

The award is given to outstanding nurses in more than 500 hospitals across the country and abroad. Saint Luke's is proud to be among the hospitals recognizing and honoring their extraordinary nurses. This award program offers patients, families, and professional colleagues a way to honor nurses for all they do.

DAISY Award honorees personify the exceptional patient care experience at Saint Luke's. These nurses consistently demonstrate excellence in their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care, and they are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community.

Note: Nominations are limited to Allen County Regional Hospital, Anderson County Hospital, Crittenton Children's Center, Hedrick Medical Center, Saint Luke's Home Care & Hospice, Saint Luke's Hospital, Saint Luke's East Hospital, Saint Luke’s North Hospital, Saint Luke's South Hospital, and Wright Memorial Hospital.
