Lloyd DeSpain named Wright Memorial Hospital’s Employee of the Quarter–Second Quarter 2026
Lloyd DeSpain receives the Wright Memorial Hospital Employee of the Quarter Award for second quarter 2026 from Catherine Hamilton, administrator.
TRENTON, Mo. — Lloyd DeSpain, a security officer at Wright Memorial Hospital, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2026. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to DeSpain at a ceremony held in his honor.
The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.
In his nomination form, DeSpain’s coworkers said, “Lloyd goes above and beyond in supporting patients and coworkers. He completes tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. Lloyd treats patients, visitors, and coworkers with kindness and respect while promoting safety, teamwork, and collaboration. He maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a supportive and professional work environment.”
In recognition of the award, DeSpain received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of his choice for three months, his photo posted in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
