Help Shape Future Parkinson’s Programs and Support Services
Saint Luke’s has received a grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation to create Parkinson’s Pulse, a series of community-informed educational events coordinated by Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute. Parkinson’s Pulse is designed to enhance the quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s disease and empower their care partners through an education and wellness program that integrates targeted exercise approaches, mental health awareness, and care partner resources and support.
We need your input
First, the team is completing a needs assessment survey. We need to hear directly from patients, caregivers, and providers about what is working well, where support is needed, and how future programs can better serve individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease. Findings will inform the development of Parkinson’s Pulse, to ensure it meets the needs of those affected by Parkinson’s.
Survey participation is voluntary; you may discontinue at any time and all responses will be kept confidential and reported only in summary form.
