Important Updates for EpicCare Link Users

Saint Luke’s requires an organizational agreement to access our EpicCare Link. These are the requirements for EpicCare Link as mandated by Saint Luke’s Compliance and Legal Department. The completed form is required for EpicCare Link Managed Access and there are no exceptions. This process allows us to maintain the same level of oversight and accountability for all users. User data is integrated with FairWarning software and allows us to monitor all access to any patient information as required by law.

• Clinics, Payors, and Skilled Nursing Facilities: Clinical/SNF Organizational Agreement
• Research Sponsors: Sponsor Organizational Agreement
• Research CROs: CRO Organizational Agreement
