Contest Rules - Plaza Art Fair

Corbin Bronze Artwork Giveaway

No Purchase Necessary to enter or win, nor will a purchase improve one’s chance of winning.  Entrants do not need to be a patient of Saint Luke’s Health System nor is this Giveaway tied to any health care services.  Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to enter:

For a chance to win artwork through Saint Luke’s Health System, you must submit your entry at the Saint Luke’s Health System booth at the Plaza Art Fair on September 19, 20, and 21, 2025. All entries will be closed at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Saint Luke’s Health System will randomly select one (1) grand prizewinner no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Sept 23, 2025. The winners will be notified via email.  By participating in this Giveaway, you consent to use of your email and other personal information in accordance with these Official Rules and our privacy policy.  If you are selected as a winner and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, you will be required to pick up the prize from the Saint Luke’s Health System location identified on your email notification. 

Eligibility:

No purchase necessary. Multiple entries allowed per person. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or Washington, D.C.  Giveaway is not open to any individual if he/she or his/her parent, or sibling, or any member of their household is an employee of any entity in the Saint Luke’s Health System, 901 E. 104th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, 64131. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.  Only one (1) winner per household.
If a winner is disqualified, Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize at all.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item(s) by any winner.  Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferrable.  Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.  All costs, including but not limited to federal and local state tax costs, if and when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Confirmed winners will be required to fill out a W9 in order to claim the prize. 

Winners/Prize:

One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded for this Giveaway. The grand prize winner will receive one (1) Original Bronze Artwork by Tom Corbin preselected as the grand prize. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,000. The winner will be contacted via the email provided.

Publicity release: 

By entering, each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s consent to use, publish, reproduce and for all purposes, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including, without limitation, the Internet, television of offline promotions), each winner’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, opinions, and or hometown and state, and any portion thereof, each extending throughout the universe and in perpetuity without further compensation, credit, or right of review or approval, except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimer: 

If this Giveaway is not capable of being held as planned, including, but not limited to, Plaza Art Fair cancellation, bad weather, or any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Saint Luke’s Health System’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Giveaway and Saint Luke’s Health System can perform or not perform, at its sole discretion, the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the Giveaway.

Limitation on Liability: 

Winner, by acceptance of the prize, (a) agrees to these Official Rules and decisions of Saint 
Luke’s Health System, and (b) releases Saint Luke’s Health System and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize. The Released Parties do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Saint Luke’s Health System or the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway and which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this Giveaway.  In consideration for his/her participation in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, including attorney’s fees.
Saint Luke’s Health System can modify these official rules in any way or at any time, as long as Saint Luke’s Health System gives reasonable notice.
