Weight Loss Competition

Saint Luke's Charles & Barbara Duboc Cardio Health & Wellness Center (CWC) is sponsoring its 2020 Weight Loss Competition (WLC).

Men and Women in each category with the greatest percent reduction in weight will win 75 percent of the money collected, second place in each category receives 15 percent, and third place receives 10 percent. Everyone is welcome to participate. This includes employees, patients, visitors, friends, and family. Past WLC Champions are not eligible.

The current program is set to end June 30, 2020. We continue to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and are working to safeguard the health of our community by taking precautions to limit potential exposure. As a result, any future weight loss competitions have been postponed until further notice.

Smoking Cessation Classes

Are You Ready to Stop Smoking?

Take the first step to a smoke-free, healthier you by enrolling in Saint Luke’s Charles & Barbara Duboc Cardio Health & Wellness Center’s seven-week Smoking Cessation Class.* 

During the sessions, certified health educators will help you manage triggers, cravings, and stress with peer support, proven therapies, and medication that works.

All cooking demonstrations start at 5:30 p.m.
