The Future of Medicine

“Cardiovascular Grand Rounds enables Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute to educate in all matters of the heart at the number one heart hospital in the region.” — Earl Benner, Donor

Earl Benner has been a faithful supporter of Saint Luke’s for nearly two decades, both civically and philanthropically.

From serving on the Saint Luke’s Foundation Board of Trustees to supporting programs across the health system, Earl recognizes that sustaining clinical excellence begins with educational programs that are sponsored by individuals who are grateful for the care they have received at Saint Luke’s.

After physicians at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute Heart Institute saved the life of his family member, Dorothy “Dot” Benner, Earl felt the need to honor the remarkable work of Michael Main, MD, Adnan Chhatriwalla, MD, and Daniel Steinhaus, MD, by funding two years of Cardiovascular Grand Rounds.

Cardiovascular Grand Rounds exists as a nationally recognized educational conference at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute. It is the only forum where clinicians, researchers, and trainees assemble for continued education in the latest treatments, therapies, procedures, and innovation.
