Our team is affiliated with Saint Luke’s East Hospital and includes 16 board-certified and board-eligible orthopedic surgeons and physiatrists who have a combined 200 years of experience.

Office guidelines

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork. If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Your copayment is due at time of service. 

We process prescription refills during normal office hours only. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a refill request.

Workers' compensation
