KSHB: Doctor talks heat safety ahead of 'Rock the Parkway' half marathon & 5K

More than 3200 people ran on Saturday morning in Kansas City in the Rock The Parkway half marathon and 5K.

KSHB talked to  Dr. Todd Fristo at Saint Luke's Primary Care-Independence about staying safe in the heat as temperatures climbed.


Dr. Fristo shares some safety tips for running in the heat.
