Pat Patton

Administrator, Allen County Regional Hospital and Anderson County Hospital 

William “Pat” Patton is administrator of Allen County Regional Hospital in Iola, Kansas, and Anderson County Hospital, in Garnett, Kansas. In this role, he provides leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations at the two Kansas-based critical access hospitals serving BJC Health System’s West Region (Saint Luke’s). 

Pat joined Saint Luke’s in 2024. He previously served as president of Valir Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City and as CEO at Patterson Health Center in Harper County, Kansas, and Kindred Healthcare, a post-acute health care services company. Pat also served as COO of Mercy Clinic for the Mercy West Community with oversight of all medical group operations in Oklahoma. 

Pat earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Wichita State University and his Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on numerous health care boards and committees.
