Take the “work” out of working out by meeting with a personalized trainer for a specialized one-to-one session. Our trainers provide individualized guidance, which is beneficial if you want more drive and accountability, may not feel comfortable creating your own workout routine, or want more personal attention and coaching with each visit. Our trainers provide step-by-step guidance to help maximize your workout and reach your fitness goals.

Fitness assessment
Meet with a fitness professional to determine your current physical levels, set realistic goals for improvement, and develop a plan for your success! Periodic fitness assessments are a valuable tool for tracking your progress and determining if you are on the correct path for your personal goals. Measurements include heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility.
Cost: $25 for members; $30 for non-members

Metabolic testing
Determine the appropriate amount of calories you should consume for your individualized goals with a simple 10-15 minute test that calculates your resting metabolic rate. The results will then be used to determine your target caloric zones, which provide powerful information to help you lose weight. Following the test, you can meet with a health professional to learn how to optimize your nutrition. You will walk away with personalized information that will help you reach your weight loss or weight gain goals.
Cost: $45 for members; $55 for non-members
