You are not alone. An estimated 1 in 7 childbearing women experience depression and anxiety before or after the birth of a child. Unfortunately, many suffer in silence. We are here to help. Saint Luke’s Women’s Health East understands that when moments of great joy are met with feelings of sadness or anxiety and it can be difficult.
Our support group is a resource to help moms feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings in an understanding environment. These groups cover a wide variety of topics meant to help educate, empower, and provide hope during your pregnancy and after the birth of your baby.
Join us for a safe and supportive 90-minute session where you can meet other moms experiencing similar feelings where together we will facilitate change to help you feel your best.
