Strengthen our community by supporting urgent clinical needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the number of COVID-19 cases steadily climb, the demand on our hospitals, staff, and patients increases. Now, more than ever, we are reminded of our purpose to unite members of our community to our mission—to keep Kansas City healthy and thriving.
During this time of global crisis, the people of Kansas City are searching for ways they can help in the fight against COVID-19. Donate critical medical supplies needed by our clinicians during this pandemic or make a financial contribution today.
Contribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We are deeply grateful to those who have reached out to donate much-needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—highly specialized gear that minimizes exposure to hazards that can cause serious workplace injuries or illnesses.
Your support helps keep our frontline caregivers safe as they work tirelessly to meet the needs of our community.
Currently, our greatest PPE needs are for:
- Level 1 masks
- Level 3 masks
- N95 masks
- Face shields
- Nitrile gloves
- Hand sanitizer
Create Homemade Medical Masks
Saint Luke’s has a supply of antimicrobial fabric available for those who want to donate their time to sew masks for our care providers. To learn more, please read the Alternative Procedural Mask Assembly Directions (PDF), which include material needs and sewing instructions.
Saint Luke’s staff will deliver fabric directly to each community member and will pick up masks when they are complete.
Make a Donation
Philanthropic support has enabled Saint Luke’s to provide emergency funding to purchase additional ventilators to care for our sickest COVID-19 patients, and provide capital support for beds, equipment, technology, and infrastructure needs.
