Neurohospitalist, Kansas City, MO

Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute (SLMBNI) is recruiting a Neurohospitalist to provide care for a growing patient population. In this position, you will be a part of the nationally-ranked Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute, collaborating with colleagues who are trained in neurosurgery, interventional neuroradiology, neuro-oncology, neurorehabilitation, psychiatry, pain management, sleep disorders and neuro-otology. Weekend call is shared among the neurologists, which provides for a balanced lifestyle.

The hospital service is supported by the dedicated Neurology Nurse Practitioners who help to see hospitalized patients.

In 2013, the Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute moved to an 80,000 square feet of dedicated space for the Neurosciences, the result of a $330 million expansion and renovation of the hospital campus. In 2018, SLMBNI was ranked No. 44 in Neurology and Neurosurgery by the U.S. News & World Report. Academic faculty positions are offered through the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine.
