KSHB: Alternative pain relief treatment helps Saint Luke's patient say goodbye to opioids

Drug overdose deaths, primarily from opioids, are hitting record numbers in the U.S. amid the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Opioid deaths are preventable. However, many people do not know about the alternative treatment options for chronic pain.

KSHB talked to Dr. Jeffrey Foster, with Saint Luke's Pain Management Specialists, about how the HF10 spinal cord stimulation device helped treat one man's chronic pain without opioids.
