KMBC: Stressed about the election? Expert offers tips on how to cope

If you have been feeling especially stressed this week, you're not alone. A new poll shows 55% of Americans believe Election Day 2020 will be the most stressful day of their lives.

There is a global pandemic and a national election. The combination this week has many feeling overwhelmed.
