Going back to school means gym class and sports are back in full swing. Coming back from summer break can leave young kids with weakened muscles. Dr. Seth Oliphant, sports medicine physician at Saint Luke's Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute, talks with KCTV5 about the importance of warming up before starting an activity, what injuries are most common this time of year, and what parents should do at home to help their kids with injuries.
