With so many people facing long-term lung problems due to COVID-19, the annual American Lung Association's Fight For Air Climb is taking on an even greater purpose.

KSHB talked to Dr. Andrew Schlachter, pulmonologist and critical care specialist at Saint Luke's Health System, about how COVID can damage the lungs and why more research is needed about its long-term effects.
