KMBC: Kansas City Current Players Visit Cancer Patients at Saint Luke's to Encourage and Support

On Tuesday, Kansas City Current Players, Kristen Edmonds, Izzy Rodriguez, and Jaycie Johnson visited cancer patients at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City to support patients receiving cancer treatment, leading up to the KC Kicks Cancer game against the Orlando Pride on Sunday, July 31. Patients talked with the players about their personal journeys, and the players discussed their own connections with supporting loved ones who have had cancer.

Saint Luke's is proud to be the official medical provider for the KC Current and to present the KC Kicks Cancer game to help raise awareness of the importance of preventive screenings.
