KMBC: Former Patient Decorates Saint Luke's East Hospital Courtyard to Thank Nurses

A former Saint Luke's East Hospital patient is showing his appreciation for nurses and other essential workers over the holidays.

Murad Hasam decorated the staff courtyard with Christmas lights to show his thanks and got a declaration from the Mayor of Lee's Summit, declaring Christmas Eve as "Nurses Appreciation Day."
