Organ transplants save lives. About 107,000 people are on the national transplant waiting list, and every nine minutes, a new person is added to that list.

In honor of Donate Life Month, KCTV talked to Dr. Lee Cummings, transplant surgeon at Saint Luke’s Health System, to bust some common misconceptions about organ donation.
