The Kansas City Business Journal recently brought together four top nursing officials in the Kansas City area to talk about how the pandemic has impacted health systems, what to expect for future care, and how hospitals plan to serve an aging, anxious and demanding population.

Susie Krug, Chief Nursing Officer of Saint Luke's East Hospital, talked about how virtual care and work options have changed the game.

"Telehealth is a huge tool," Krug said. "Even now, it's just the tip of the iceberg. There's so much more to leverage."
